"Sowing the Seeds of Harmony through Nature"
Parkland Garden Club members are invited to attend an exclusive members-only planter workshop on May 6th at 5pm at Eagle Point Farm Market and Greenhouses, 853 Trexlertown Road, Allentown. Kirk Brown will guide us through steps to choose the best plants for a dazzling look. Bring your own container or purchase one at the event. Owner Gayle Ganser will provide a rich soil mixture for optimum growth. Wine and cheese will be served! Cost is $10 for the event. A wonderful variety of plants are available for purchase at Eagle Point. It will be an evening of creativity, fun and friendship!
Parkland Garden Club members and guests met at Jordan Lutheran Church, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 and boarded a chartered bus to the Philadelphia Convention Center to tour the 2024 Philadelphia Flower Show. This year's flower show theme , "United by Flowers", celebrated the unique and colorful community born out of a shared love and appreciation of gardening and the connections and impact they create on our everyday lives. Members spent their day seeing an abundance of floral exhibits and enjoying the company of friends.
