"Sowing the Seeds of Harmony through Nature"
About this activity:
In conjunction with the Allentown West Rotary Club, PGC members volunteer to plant, maintain and harvest vegetables and herbs from two garden plots at the Lehigh County Community Gardens near Cedarbrook Senior Care & Rehab, Allentown. All produce is donated to area food banks.
PGC members and Rotary volunteers completed taking care of the garden beds at Lehigh County Community Gardens, Allentown, in November. The abundant harvest was delivered to local food pantries. Thank you to Co-chairs Gail Micca and Karly Lazo, as well as all members who worked at the garden, for your time, talent and dedication to this worthwhile project!
