Join the PGC at the 2023 Philadelphia Flower Show on their return to the indoor show at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
The bus will leave from Jordan Lutheran Church, 5103 Snowdrift Road, Orefield, PA 18069 at 11:00 AM and depart from the
Convention Center at 6:00 PM (the show is less crowded in the afternoon). You may bring a bag lunch to eat on the bus or go to the Reading Terminal Market or other outside restaurants before entering the show. If you prefer, there is a Food Court in the Center.
You may leave the Center at any time and return if you get your hand stamped. You will be given your ticket on the bus. Before entering the Exhibition Hall, pick up a program to decide which workshop, lecture, or demonstration you want to attend - this
is a good way to sit for awhile! It is a long day on your feet so dress comfortably. Save enough time to make
purchases (lines can get long) and still make it to the bus so we can leave promptly at 6:00 PM (large items can be stored under the bus). Click

Trip participants enjoyed a short guided tour in the Winterhur Museum and Mansion in Winterthur, Delaware. They saw the "Jacqueline Kennedy and H.F. Dupont: From Winterthur to the White House" exhibition in the main gallery. Through artifacts, archives, and images, this exhibition invited visitors to experience the behind-the-scenes collaboration between the two during this captivating period in American History.
Following The Winterthur visit, bus shuttled guests to Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square where they enjoyed the Conservatory decorated for the holidays, outdoor gardens and lighting displays.
We will carpool and meet at House of Lilies at 11:00. Tour will about 1 hour. We will have lunch at Morgan's around 12:15-12:30.

We will carpool to visit Dave Culp's garden. It is located in the Brandywine Valley, 1158 Osbourne Rd., Dowington PA 19335. Cost is $10 per person.
The program will start at 10 am. We will either meet there or carpool. The farm is located at180 Gun Club Road, Barto . There will be an array of hydrangeas and peonies to purchase. Afterward the program, lunch on your own at Buckeye Tavern. Wear comfortable shoes.
